Are You Ready for the Future of Work: Five Forces of Change (Presentation or Workshop)

In this dynamic and engaging session participants will be actively involved in both understanding the Future of Work and analyzing how this will impact your organization. In this hands on workshop, participants will:

  • Learn about the five biggest forces of change impacting work today.

  • Assess how these forces of change are/may impacting their organization.

  • Consider what needs to change to address strategic business priorities given the forces of change.

  • Consider four new roles HR needs to play in the organization giving the changing nature of work (optional)

Getting Ready for the Future of Work: How Leadership and Success Will Evolve

This session will begin with an overview of the five biggest forces of change impacting work. We will then use this as a launching point to discuss how leadership needs to evolve given this changing nature of work and our workforce. We will also discuss the changing nature of careers given this context.
