Representative Client Engagements
Over the past 30+ years, I have helped organizations address critical talent, performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness challenges, including:
-
Modernizing Performance Management
Helped organizations move beyond traditional performance management by creating more effective performance enablement approaches that align individual and organizational goals, focus on progress to drive motivation, improve coaching and support, focus more on development to accelerate performance improvement, and leverage technology to improve feedback and reduce bias — driving higher engagement, stronger performance, and a better employee experience.
-
Increasing Workforce Agility Through Internal Talent Mobility
Designed internal talent mobility strategies that unlock workforce capacity, accelerate skill development, and help organizations respond more effectively to changing business priorities while creating new opportunities for employee growth—improving organizational agility, workforce capability, and talent engagement and retention.
-
Building Leadership Bench Strength
Created leadership development programs that identify high-potential talent and strengthen succession pipelines through assessment, coaching, action learning, and targeted development experiences—building leadership readiness, increasing bench strength, and reducing leadership risk.
-
Making Better Talent Decisions
Designed talent assessment and selection processes that improve hiring, promotion, and development decisions through competency-based interviewing, assessments, assessment centers, and multi-rater feedback—resulting in stronger talent decisions, improved performance, and greater confidence in leadership and workforce investments.
-
Aligning Organization and Culture With Business Strategy
Conducted organization effectiveness, capability, and culture assessments to identify barriers to performance and guide changes in organization design, culture, and talent practices that support strategic objectives—creating greater organizational alignment, improved effectiveness, and a culture better suited to the needs of both the business and its employees.
