In this session, I share my over 25 years of experience developing Career Management programs for organizations and how the concept of a career has changed over the decades. Leveraging both research and recent innovations, we will talk about how employee perceptions of career success has changed and how organizations are able to facilitate careers in ways never previously possible. We discuss the collapse of the career ladder in favor of jungle gym careers.
